Ryze feels a lot more brainless to play

He used to have a bunch of combos that he could use for different situations. If you want to escape a gank, it's QEWQ for the long snare. If you want a ton of damage, it was QWQEQ. If you wanted to waveclear, it was EEQ... Now it's just EQ. His E bounce does no damage. You need to Q to use the flux spread damage. I know that he's nearly impossible to balance, but these are my observations. I have no idea on how to fix him. Any ideas?

They just turned him solely into a champ that's supposed to bully immobile melee toplaners, since we didn't have enough of those already Aatrox Gnar Kennen Karma Neeko

He bullies certain champs effectively, yes. I didn't say he was strong though.

That was LITERALLY his problem. He had too many options and that made him too good in pro play and in high elo.
