It's sort of necessary to deal with the fiesta that is bot lane at the moment, but do you really need to give free level-scaling-damage + 99% slow + reveals wards + gives 18 Lethality and great stats for AD assassins?
I personally love Assassins, but I abhor this overloaded item. (Again, kind of a necessity with the way the game is at the moment)
