Confusion about S9 Turrets
Do they still give regular kill gold? First Tower Gold? Are any of these scaled down now? Is Rift Herald viable before 14 minutes?
I'm really confused because I'm wondering why Riot just added 700~ gold to turrets?

More realistically they're getting ~300 off of it in a lane they're winning.
