Support Role That Troll

You queue up for Bot, you get bot. You're near the bottom of the rung so you kindly ask your support who is in the upper picking position to pick your preferred ADC for you and you will grab them their desired support. Little do you know that your support is a classy troll and decides they indeed want to do support and demand you take ADC

Now when this first happened you praised the troll. It was very clever after all! You opt to truly support them and you'd even be happy to do so. However, now they refuse to CS, and expect you to be the ADC. Of course this causes turmoil and you lose.

Having this happen again, you decide to cut the middle man out (Riot) and dodge; deciding you've had enough of League tonight. Now, you consider what can be done about this professional trolling that only satisfied your funny bone once. And you realize that this middle man has no report system in the team setup process. Nor is there any sort of system aimed to erase your dodge penalty if you wanted to continue playing League. Now you post on the boards (likely to be ignored by Riot) about this issue and remember why you decided to save twenty bucks.
