Yes, cause an ADC being in CQ is definetly not the reason, when Viktor got both of his abilities right on her.

Another thing is we do not know whether or not Viktor was fed. That has a large portion to do with anything.

And ADC got popped by a burst mage's combo and died... that's what's SUPPOSED to happen. If ADCs could routinely shrug off burst, they'd just kill the mage while they're on CD and then heal up with a bloodthirster or BoTRK.

There's also a severe lack of situational data that makes this an unreliable example of any supposed unfairness. How fed was Victor? was Sivir behind? Did Sivir or Victor bother to build any defensive items or were they both full damage?

Sivir uses one unblockable auto attack and takes out 1/3 of Viktor's health. Viktor replies with laser (the first half of which was blocked by Sivir's spell shield), Q, Auto.

The irony of your post is that the only source of Viktor's damage that had no counterplay was an auto attack, which is the very same weapon ADC's have been using against people since the beginning of the game.

His first laser popped the spellshield and the second one did the full damage that the first one would have done almost instantly. He also used his Q and auto attack which dealt majority of the damage. Sivir was also a squishy target and was 2 levels behind him.

This just proves how brokenly powerful Lichbane is on auto attack enhancing champions such as Viktor, Sona and TF.

I can't see how that is supposed to be "no counterplay".

1. Half of the damage was done by a skill shot.
2. She dies instantly because he used his Q-empowered basic attack at the same time than his W, that won't happen every time.
3. Sivir could predict that flash + combo, she wasn't that bad positioned but was a combination of herself not fully protected + a good reposition via flash by Viktor.
