Why?

Because he can't make flashy esports plays.

I mean if he was viable and used in LCS, wouldn't people WANT to see penta dunks or triple dunks? I feel like the crowd would go nuts over seeing even ONE dunk.

darius is in an ok place he isnt bad but he isnt super op he is exactly where he needs to be at the head of the noxian army

Darius is fine. He does his job well enough. He hamstrings and out-duels 90% of all melee laners, thus making them useless and not a threat. (Unless they're like Shyvana and hyper scale).

Actually pretty sure he counters Shyvana too. I've never seen a Shyvana win against Darius in a fight.

He wins against her early. But if she's not stupid and buys a sunfire first and then minor as, she out scales him.
