No, see -- this means Braum will get nerfed. Anything that stands in the way (literally, LOL) of the new "LOL UR DEAD IN <5 SECONDS DEATHMATCH LOL" meta will be nerfed into the ground.

yea right before worlds they (RITO ) nerfed braum hp i believe

patch 8.18 right before worlds patch of 8.19

however he has been my go to pick for support and since midseason i have a 55% win rate on him over 42 games ( according to stats in profile ) i cant tell before that
