Shouldn't Thunderlord's Decree be disabled?

Seriously to at least prevent multiple people from taking it while it's still bugged. Only one person gets to use the mastery in the entire team.

Edit: Praise rito it's been hotfixed.

It's a confirmed glitch, it will be fixed probably next patch or so.

That's what pre-season is for, to find / fix these issues... calm down.

I don't know what warranted to that last sentence, but yes I know it has been reported, but I'd rather have this mastery disabled. It's not known by everyone that it's bugged and it should be disabled until the patch that fixes it comes in.

no it's not, the PBE and internal testing is what it is used to find and fix glitches not the live servers. This is not a balance issue it's something that should have been caught while testing or while it was in PBE

I will say I'm somewhat happy we don't have to wait until the preseason to get a year's worth of bugs fixed.
