What if Garen received 3 dmg per 10% bonus Attack speed on Judgement (E)?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask what you guys thought if Garen could benefit (somewhat) from buying Attack Speed items. Jhin's passive had me thinking of the possibility to add Attack Speed as a small but additional scaling with Garen's Judgement in order to squander the awkwardness of having an Attack Speed item built.

My idea is just to give Judgement 3 dmg per 10% bonus Attack Speed which would provide:

  • 13.5 dmg per spin with Phantom Dancer
  • 10.5 dmg per spin with Statikk Shiv
  • 12 dmg per spin with Trinity Force

Thoughts?

Why would you give Garen the option to build AS items though? Only to make critgaren more gimmicky? No thanks,i'm okay with dealing with drakhgaren fanboys already.

I know the damage isn't too much,since it will be reduced by resistances,but still,there is no actual reason to do so. It's not what he is meant to do or build.
