fizz needs a rework

There's just too much fucking evasion His E can also clear waves His W does too much fucking damage His Q is fucking oppressive His passive counters any hope of early aggressive play His entire kit is braindead!

Full tank fizz been a top tier mid for how many years now? How many years is riot going to keep doing this, this obnoxious champion is pushing actual fun champs out of the meta and forcing everyone to stack hp because of his ridiculous ult duration and burst. He can be way behind and just burst tanks down without even building any damage! I'd like to actually get a chance to play fucking hell! time to gut the oppression. The ult doesnt even function normally, that spaghetti code is working double time just to make fizz halfway function! Rework the damn fish already!

I'm designing this to see if I can bait upvotes. I need the first line to support what people think. Apparently we are now the type of people who vote based on emotion which is kindof funny. His W is the real problem but noobs don't understand this so i'll just act like its E. If i say fucking alot I think itll help. Now I need to add something to the end to make it more convincing after people enter so itll seem like there's definitely something significant going on. They wont read this most likely as long as bold something in the last paragraph.

If the enemy has fizz don't even bother trying to get an S! You literally aren't even playing league of legends anymore when fizz is in play. There's no point even trying. He's just going to come get his free instagib every 10 seconds and zhonyas even if you do catch him!
