and can now facetank the tanks without taking any damage. Of coarse the guy who builds straight offense will get killed quickly by a tank. As soon as they build some lifesteal and MR the tank can't do anything to them though.

AlienPrimate3 votesAnd my whole point (notice no profanity needed to make a point) is that someone who is building straight damage items, AKA an ADC, shouldn't be able to take any damage. Tanks don't really do that much damage. They only do damage to people who have no health, no MR, and no defensive mechanics built into their kit. Expecting a tank to not do any damage at all is just ridiculous.

AlienPrimate5 votesI think you are exaggerating quite a bit on this one shotting business. The only way a tank should ever one shot anyone when building full tank is if they are super fed against someone who is way behind so they are something like 6 levels ahead.
0 AP Zac's full combo does:
230 + 100 + 280 + 280 + 8% max HP = 890 + 8% max HP
Even if you are a 0 defense ADC with 50 MR and 1800 HP, his combo will do a grand total of 690 damage to you which is only 38% of your health. Even including all hits from his ult the damage would be 1310 + 8% which would still only be 54% of your health.
This tells me that you are either lying about the one shot or lying about the full tank build.

Zac has rare chance of one-shotting most squishy carries due to his %HP damage, but he just mostly deals more damage compared to other tanks.

VladCuzBad3 votesBecause tanks would be USELESS! When you are team fighting, who is the prime target to focus? THATS RIGHT! THE CARRY! Who does your team USUALLY focus? THATS RIGHT! THE TANK! Do you know why? Not because they are stupid piles of , well sometimes that's why lol but usually its because if they are not positioned correctly, the only way they will survive is if they kill the tank before the tank kills them. Now if tanks did basically no damage, there would be no reason whatsoever to target them. If they did 0 damage, the only way for ANY tank to be useful would to either have so much cc to reliably block off the enemy team with multiple dashes, teleports, and spell shields from your carry, OR to have a mega buffed knights vow on every tank to mitigate the damage being pumped out by assassins onto your carry, making the carry in itself basically a tank.
Honestly, its kind of dumb, I'm not gunna lie. It sometimes (all the time) allows tanks to either abuse their kit in dumb ways cough (look at this things --> 
<-- ad ratio on his q for a huge mind blow) cough or just go off their role as a tank while still building tank and carry a game. This is mostly a problem in the trash elo me and most of the league community resides in as me and others don't know how to position for a team fight for sh. Oh and if tanks did no damage no one would play them. That's my 2 cents.

There are only a few champions who can actually one shot someone the way you are talking about and most of them are super fed auto attackers like Draven, Tryndamere, or Jhin.

you mean malphite's ult? yeah that can one shot. he build tanks and can oneshot. what is the fk advantage to play adc so you have to kit and position if a tank does the same damage as you but doesnt die. adc need armor buff.
