@Meddler, are any SOLID nerfs planned for Thresh right now?
He is NOT in a good spot when he's picked in upwards of 40% of games and still has a 50%+ winrate. On top of all the utility and scalings that are mashed into his insanely overloaded kit, he is able to solo fight a fed ADC because of his Q + AUTO + E + ULT combo dealing 1.5k damage.
On top of that, ADCs can not win lane anymore without a thresh. They rely on the Lanterns, Pulls, Flays, 99% AoE slows, Infinitely Scaling Armor / AP, and Passive Poke to simply last hit the enemy ADC / Support and get fed off of that. You want diversity in the bot lane? That will NOT happen until you significantly nerf this champion. He's been an incredibly solid pick for 2+ years now, INCLUDING professional play.
Do you know why Morgana is in a good spot right now as a support? Thresh. Each side will try to pick thresh if they are forced to support, and if they don't get thresh, they simply think "Oh, we're fucked. Better pick something that might counter thresh so we stand a chance!".
EVERYONE is getting sick of this champion still being in the spotlight. Please nerf him significantly not only to reduce his immense power, but to let us see something else each game.
