Now that the 10% crit dmg reduction is removed, there is literally zero point to get randiuns omen. Slow amount went up a little bit, but the slow duration got 2 seconds taken off. Overall randuins omen is going to be tank item that no one ever buys, because before the only reason you were supposed to buy it was to help against a fed Caitltn, Yasuo, Twitch, or trndamere
