Rework troubles

Does anyone else feel like riot ruins champions completely when they rework them. I mean look at sion. They did a great job with him but his ult is freaking terrible. It is the easiest thing to dodge in the game. The only great rework was yi. I used to play cassiopia and Fiora all the time. I haven't touched either of them after their rework. They aren't fun anymore. I don't like the new shen either. I don't like anything they have come out with since vi was released. Ive had a rework idea for every single champion and posted it hoping that riot would get the message but they ignore it. Instead they sit there in that office at riot and say "let's change them in a way that is unique and they won't expect it" the players see it as "let's fuck up a champion". Poppy for example. Wow you guys did a good job and then... Her ult. Wtf is that. Riot could have made her ult be a great aoe knockup but it's not. It's unique and does Shit for damage. 90% of the time it is used uncharged in a team fight for cc. Even then it doesn't count as a knock up because it makes them invoulnerable. Sions ult is so unreliable it's used to run back to lane after going back. Riot needs a new rework team
