Braum! <3

It's not a full revert, it just makes his previous nerf less of a nerf. I wish he had more damage potential like that of taric, leona, other tanky supports, etc.

Also, I think it's silly just to use win rate lol. Many people play other champs because they here that they're op and bring the win rate down across the board for said champion.. making them look than they actually are. Braum also doesn't have the highest popularity.. but he wasn't out too terribly long before they nerfed him inititally. I dunno, I think people look into win rate too hard. I mean look at ekko, he's way stronger than many champs out there but he doesn't have the highest win rate because 1. people are learning how to play against him and 2. people who have no idea how to play him are playing him because everyone else has been screaming op.
