Does the game feel balanced for you?

I actually think it is currently since everything is new. There isnt a dang Tank meta for once, thank the heavens. Sure assassins are coming up but stopwatch helps so much. Twitch is finally getting nerfed. I think if riot changes a few keystones then things will feal so much better cough klepto. Press the attack gives more damage but I find fleet footwork so much more rewarding and playable. Manaflow helps a ton, CELERITY is amazing and I take it every change i can I absolutely love it. Ive been playing ranked and honestly things dont seem that out of place for most champs.
