Was trying this build in a bot game as Urgot. Tell me what you think.

No MR because you can just ult any burst mages that try to dive you.
Try it in a normal and see how it works out? Looks pretty cool to me. Depending on if you had enough health, you could swap the randuins for a frozen heart? That would get you up to 35% cdr and lots more mana.
No because then if you tried to ult into their team to grab their carry they would just burst you.
I would build a frozen heart and take the extra 5 percent CDR from masteries. You scale much better with CDR than with auto attacking. Without attack speed, life steal is not great either. Armor penetration would work better. You could get a black cleaver instead of the bloodthirster. The brutalizer early is really good.
Triforce is acceptable, but slightly mediocre with so much damage coming from abilities and the muramana. I would get a spirit visage instead, which would also allow me to get ninja taxi or merc treads and still have max CDR (max CDR is a must, because every point of CDR makes every other point of CDR stronger). If you really do not want mr, then I would get iceborn gauntlet over trifold most games. Similar damage, more tankiness, no inefficient stats.
This was ADC Urgot btw, not intended for Top or Mid.
I use this build for ez too.
You want to know what I think? I think that no-one should ever play Urgot as an ADC because he's not one. He's more like Gnar, a top lane, mid ranged bully. His ult will kill you more often than not if you're going glass cannon.
The build changes I proposed are still what I would use on a bot lane Urgot. Whether you're playing him top, mid, or bot, he's still not going to work great with lifesteal, he's still going to scale heavily with armor penetration, he benefits very heavily from maxing out CDR (especially since some CDR items give him mana, which he loves with the Muramana and his W scaling), and he just doesn't have enough access to attack speed or the range to be a really potent autoattacking threat. Even if I were playing him bot lane, I'd go for the CDR bruiser build.
Ezreal can work a bit better with this build because he can apply Triforce procs from range, his Q applies lifesteal, he has a standard autoattack range, and he has an attack speed steroid. Those are a lot of traits that Urgot doesn't have.
