Flex Queue - Matchmaking is Awful

I just got out of a match that put a Bronze 3 (15% winrate) on my Team, along side an equally low Silver (24% winrate)

We got a Shaco top this game too, by a dude that mains the midlane, AP Shaco no less

Said Bronze 3 ran in a straight line the whole game when fighting / running away, guaranteeing that the experienced Gold players hit every single skill shot on them, the enemy team was entire Gold, high Silver, Plat, we were Bronze (in actuality they belong in Iron based on the w/l + visual review of their skills and competency), 'Silver' (Bronze), and Gold

We literally lost the match from the get-go, just based on who we got on our team versus who they got on their's.

I play against a lot of diamonds in flex. It is extremely common to have several diamonds and silvers in the same match

Yeah MMR splashing should be a thing but isn't so what's really fun is my normal MMR is super duper high compared to my ranked cause I don't play ranked. So anytime theres a featured game mode I go against GM and high diamonds the first few days. Wooo. Like a diamond in soloq should at least start off with gold MMR in flex but nope.

Flex queue has a separate MMR than SoloQ
