Does League of Legends intentionally ruin your chances of winning promo matches?

Entered promos twice today, both times I lost. It wasn't b/c I fed, performed poorly, or didn't do well. My teammates were literally so bad, that there's nothing I could do, no matter how much I handheld, there's nothing I could do.

This is specifically for all the people who are going to tell me how "super easy to climb if you're good", no, it's not. Yes, I can carry quite easily in Diamond or Plat elos, typically when someone gets behind in those elos they know the bare minimum of item builds to swap to, they don't continue to bang their head into the wall harder and harder.

Picture 7 is the game I won after I lost my first promo series, in between the two series (which put me immediately back in)

Picture 1: SUPPORT Lux, yes, I built her as an APC, doesn't mean I didn't sacrifice all of my gold gen in order to 'support'. Garen was inting into the enemy the whole laning phase, building incorrectly, he did very little all game. Yes, look at my damage as well, we lost purely b/c I couldn't carve through the overly and ridiculously fed Tahm Kench.

Picture 2: Irelia Top, I did a respectable amount of damage, meanwhile our Tahm Kench decided it was a good time to randomly int into the enemy team every ten seconds, while I was able to shut the Jhin down (in a 1v3 at one point), he was simply too fed for me to do anything. This dude lost me my second promo series of the day.

Picture 3: SUPPORT Vel'Koz, yes again, another APC build while altruistically sacrificing my gold generation in order to benefit the team, Katarina spent the whole game trolling, not going in or doing anything (as referenced by both score and damage done).

Picture 4: This dude was trolling the whole game, went afk and hid in the enemy jg awaiting to be found and killed, all the while insulting me, and laughing about how I was going to lose my promos b/c of him. This was the first promo series that I lost (the final game of five). You can see based on his damage that what I'm saying is accurate.

Picture 5: Malzahar was trolling a lot in this one, gave up firstblood for no reason (went into an area we already knew was warded), began laughing at me and telling me that I was going to lose my promo, as you can tell between the two I had my hands full (Graves suiciding every 5 seconds).

Picture 6: This Renekton lost me my first promo-game of the day (I was on a four-game winstreak), yes 2/12, he fed the enemy team to the point of our Yi not being able to carry. He kept suiciding in, and while this Yi was great, it didn't matter when it came to late game and we were essentially down a player at all times.

Picture 7: We won this one, what you can't see is that our jungler didn't take smite, but ignite. I'm a very good Lux player, so I managed to carry rather hard. We didn't have anyone randomly afk, or start telling me about how they're going to watch me lose my promos, and start laughing at me while doing so. We won despite having a massive disadvantage, b/c we didn't have anyone intentionally trolling (or completely out of their elo; i.e. new player placed in Gold despite being Bronze-quality).
