@RiotRepertoir The Current Outlook on Veigar

I don't really like to use @Riot______ to kind of forcefully ask for a Rioter opinion, but I really want to know what the current balance outlook is on Veigar. My personal opinion on Veigar is his rework made him feel weaker to play. His fantasy is "Evil Warlock Yordle" and his current kit doesn't, to me, strike enough fear in the opponent. His kit doesn't bring that sense of impending doom that other all powerful characters have, such as Syndra or Xerath. I think it's mainly because of the sheer amount of natural delays on his kit.

The solution to this in my eyes is to maintain his delays while making the player feel more powerful through having his kit have a lot of channels. Make his W more powerful, but replace the natural delay with a channel so it feels more powerful. Also, a VU I think would really help him as well to make his abilities feel more explosive and dark.
