This has always stuck out to me, why on his splash art does he have an actual skull face, yet ingame he does not? Looks more like a zombie/draugr ingame than a skeleton face. It'd be cool if Riot made it actually look like its splash art

If I'm not mistaken, the reason that Karthus doesn't have a skeleton face is because of China's censorship laws, and since Riot is owned by Tencent, a Chinese company, it makes sense.
