Client more buggy than ever, unplayable matches

The bugs in the recent client update have nearly made the game unplayable. First off, I encountered a bug where I couldn't change my runes in draft, the page would open but nothing would appear. So I was stuck with random runes for a champion that used vastly different runes.

Next, when I got into the game (same match) by 5 minutes I was forced to restart the game because the client made my inputs really, REALLY delayed, like 5 seconds later my inputs would register.

Next, when I restarted the client the client refused to re-open. Clicking it on my desktop and it took about 5 minutes to open the client at all. So by the time I got into the match again, I was so behind that I basically lost my team the game.

Please fix this stuff/look into it Riot
