Quinn is completely busted and should have been nerfed months ago

This is literally a hyper mobile assassin who doubles as an AD carry with extra crit scaling and built in hard CC that doubles as a disengage, who, by the way, also has a blind to ensure that you cannot under any circumstance trade with her or retaliate while she three shots you.

She's very clearly broken. She's been sitting at one of the highest win rates in the game for a long time.

How does this fly under the balance team's radar?

She goes top against melee where people dont expect to play against her and choose their normal top laners so she's able to bully them. Against other classes like mages & marksmen it's not that bad.

I'm literally abusing Quinn ADC for free wins right now. Post Stormrazor, unless the enemy is very fed, a single combo will kill any ADC.

Quinn is a very mechanically intensive champion and has a high skill ceiling.

She is trash right now and is badly in need of buffs.
