Morgana Quality of Life

So as the title says. Is Riot thinking about reworking Morgana? She is in a weird spot. She doesnt NEED a rework. But some minor changes to ult, E and W could dramatically improve her play rate and a much needed element she is lacking... FUN(omg an opinon ahh scary). Sure you just chill in lane shield and throw out solid Qs. But just a slow on W or increased dmg output by shielded target. And I know im not that good but seriously her ult is really hard to use both parts until you get . Would be cool to see her passive change onto her ult so she has increased spell vamp while her ult is active. Maybe change passive to something more meaningful(cough grievous wounds cough). These reasons are not awful. She is not broke or unfair. But just a few simple changes and good lord a visual update would be amazing. And I would love to play her more as a control mage mid and even top, should meaningful changes come. Any word from Riot on this?
