Veigar Suggestion
What if Veigar's Event Horizon froze and disabled enemy projectiles that move through it? Meaning an Ezreal ultimate would touch it, freeze and deal no damage to enemies who touch it, and then continue forward when his E was over.

The Sword Saint1 votesWould be funnier if all skillshots from both teams within a certain range bend towards the center of the 'event horizon', or if all champions caught inside or on the edge of the circle experience a powerful quicksand like pull towards the center of the 'event horizon' since it is, you know, supposed to be a black hole.
