Sterak Gage possible way to make it less niche

So I read that was mostly viable in sheen builds.
Like you'd think it would be viable on seeing as how it was release with juggernaut patch, but looking at probuilds it's not being used on him.

I would give it say 50 bonus hp, then add this sentence: Effectiveness cut in half while Interacting with sheen items

Maybe a Nuances feature could be added to the game. Nuance would be for stuff that people needn't fuss over and learn, but is there if they ever were curious about things they could find out, maybe by hovering over the nuance icon.

Adding nuances would open up freedom that is needed to balance so many heroes without adding clutter in descriptions.
You could add a tutorial for nuances and have the nuance icon when present on items set as disabled (not showing) in the settings by default. To see the icon you would have to enable it. Once enabled you could see the nuance for with the sentence: Effectiveness cut in half while Interacting with sheen items. since its mostly for questions that will only ever be raised by high level players. After all it's about feeling at the end of the day. You can build the path you like trusting that the math is right and you'll get value out of the item.
Sterak looks like it would make sense on so you build it. Presently the current system without nuances actually ends up having the inverse affect and makes it so it's actually more complicated and you mostly have to follow strict meta build paths.
