Can we do something about life steal?

Blood thirster in particular. Every time the enemy cait or vayne finishes it they will be next to dead and then auto attack someone twice and be back at full. Maybe drop the lifesteal to 15%? Or remove the shield?

They're buffing Bloodthirster, Ravenous Hydra, and some other non-BotRK life steal item because they're not strong enough :) check the dev corner for details
