What's wrong with people who refuse to remake?

Just had a game where our adc was AFK from the start, he never connected to the game, we could remake but my entire team said no ??? (except for me)

We lost clearly yet they didnt want to surrender either, so they dragged this stupid match on until 38 mins for no bloody reason

Why don't people press yes when there's a remake possible?

I think there are many people who just press "no" on surrender dialogs no matter what....

I always "yes" on remakes.. Even if I don't have time for another game, I'd rather not play a busted 4v5 for 30 min. However, since I mostly play ranked, I habitually click "no" on all surrender dialogs.. and once I accidentally clicked "no" on a remake. Now I try to be more careful.

Some people actually play the game for fun, rather than just giving up and starting over everytime a game seems unwinnable. It is a game afterall, not a job.

Because they're trolls who like to bait out reactions from other players

It was a normal game, plus between queue times and loading times they may not have time to play another if they remade. Nothing has to be wrong with someone.

What's wrong with playing out a game, even if it's an uphill battle?

Honestly people who advocate not remaking/ surrendering lost games are worse than toxic players. Way worse. These kind of people can't even be reported sadly.

The fact that the game lasted for 38 minutes means that you could have won. Everyone can easily be full build by 38 minutes meaning that scores no longer matter. One mistake by the enemy can lead to a victory even in a 4v5 because death timers are long enough to be punished by multiple towers falling.
