DFG Compensation Changes [For Veigar and Mordekaiser]

Let us begin with Veigar, personally Veigar is one of my mains and honestly I fear the day he gets popular and nerfed (he is a little powerful right now); the thing is about Veigar is that I wouldn't know what you would nerf on him since hypothetically he appears quite balanced, but his kit does have very little counter play to it. You would need to rework his Q and R if you ever want to healthily buff him. If you were to give him any compensation it would be something like a % or flat magic resist shred to stunned targets, scaling based on his E's rank. It would add to a burst / assassination to Veigar without actually giving him direct increase to his damage. But as I said Veigar does not need any kinds of buffs, and I actually like playing the little master of evil.

Mordekaiser is very fun, and extremely immobile and kite-able for a melee mage. So any compensation to Mordekaiser would be something like he gains a burst of movement speed when he ults which decays to a smaller amount over the duration. This would help him get in range for his burst combo (especially his Q). And his W could have a weak slow that stacks for every tick of damage it dealt to the target (example: 4-8% slow for 2 seconds based rank which stacks for each second of damage enemies take from this spell for the maximum slow of 24-48% for 2 seconds based on rank [6 seconds duration per metal shield]). Both these effects could help Mordekaiser be less kite-able while not putting him over the top.

Hope you appreciate the ideas! ~ Stacona

P.S. If Veigar gets any buffs he will then soon get gutted with nerfs afterwards, you would need to change something about his kit if he would to get buffed- mainly the least counter play abilities which is his point-and-clicks.

EDIT: My bad, his shield (Creeping Death) is his W and not his E, I did not realize this until later. This ability would be cool adding more utility to it and making it a better team spell- imagine the synergy of a Morde and Shyvana, where Morde puts his shield on the Shyvana as she flies in with her mobility and the slow on the shield will allow her team to catch up in the fight. Just a cool thought.

I also hope that Veigar will receive a percentage Penetration buff to compensate for DFG, which is normally build every game on him.

Another approch would be that he gets a "Speed Buff" for his W (Dark Matter) like Ahri got one, this would compensate the missing damage for more mobility. I would love to get like a 30% Movement buff for 3 sec after using meteor. Veigar

Veigar does not need movement speed since the target is stunned - and Black Mages should move slowly to be that high damage nuke when they get their combo off

difference between Ahri and Veigar is that Ahri is suppose to be 'that swift fox' while again Veigar is the typical Black Mage-- adding utility to his utility spell could be fine like shredding magic resistance against stunned targets (% being better against tanks and late game, while flat being better against squishies) --- this would allow for counter play to not get stunned while rewarding the really good veigars for properly landing their stuns
