Adc post: stormrazor and zzeal

I'm sorry about the title because it's only a stormrazor post and I forget to change before send the post. Hi, after 2 week from the release of the adc nerf patch I think most of us player can say one thing : stormrazor is the generalist first item for a crit adc and this thing is a bit disgusting. This item is designed for poke or burst (basically turn adc into mini lichbane like jinx or cait or at assasin level like draven). The reason why I fell it's disgusting is because it is FORCED to work on crit adc rather than be a viable choice like the jinx Q buff designed to increase the stormrazor effectivess (im full ok with IE as a mandatory item but not with stormrazor). What I really hate of this item is the lategame sinergy. This item is only worth with 60% crit chance, this mean that if you want 100% crit chance you will basically waste half of your passive just from stat (the other half is wasted after the start of a tf since you has no way to wait to proc passive without compromise the result of tf). I'm full sure that a early item is a good choice but crit adc is defined as lategame class but this item is too much generalist. Also this item delay too much the true crit build (IE+zeal upgrade) making adc damage up and down (they will be weak early , decend after stormrazor , again weak before IE+Zeal upgrade and strong after IE+Zeal finished) instead of a power increase by the time. Last thing. If duskblade will be nerfed assasin would get this item instead because if fell like a burst item.
