Bots and a complaint

Complaint: Why does Riot feel the need to nerf a champion if they become popular? I mean, besides the champions with a million gapclosers because they are justified.

Second is actually another complaint, but when I get on for one or two games a day I get 3 or 4 friend requests. 3 of them are usually bots for boosting and ripping you off, I can't actually add people to play with me anymore because I have to delete friends requests every damn day.
