Nice Collat nerfs Riot

AP Viktor mid gets hit because tank Viktor top is taking over.

This isn't our first time Riot, this is just one of countless times you nerf a champion's intended way of being played just because of some unintended new meta destroying solo queue.

You would think that eventually they would stop making the same mistakes, but I've fully given up on this balance team.
