We haven't had a mid lane champion released in a long time
I think it would be good to release one, as it would shake up the mid lane meta a bit, and maybe give some buffs/nerfs to other mid lane champions.

What do you mean by mid laner? Kayn is highly successful mid lane pick.

Galio just got his rework. I would qualify VGUs as new champions.
7.15 and 7.16 are mostly about mid laners, if that doesn't skake up mid lane, I don't know what will.
