Do you have a stronger idea for the anti shield item after irelia vgu riot?

Will it be close to her passive effect of simply increasing damage against shields in an item like how thornmail mimics rammus's skill? Or will there be something like another idea that seemed popular last time it was more widely discussed on the boards was having a % of your damage simply ignore the shield?

An item with an active that destroys all shields on the target could be cool.

But maybe Barrier would need a small buff to compensate (slightly shielding, longer duration, etc)
