Because Vlad is a ranged Fizz that can heal himself and tank way more

Loko1 votesThey're quite different. I'm not sure why they're being compared. They both have invulnerability abilities and Executing ultimate thats about it. In terms of single target damage and mobility Fizz takes the cake. Vladimir wins in terms of area damage and durability.
