Gold 5s team NA Tryouts Starting tonight at 7cst!

My ign is Shahamut, Im looking to start a 5s team for league. Start by playing and climbing flex ladder, but looking for opportunities with small time leagues and eventually (I hope) Clash. I can play top or mid, so all positions are open. Here are the requirements:

Practice times: Practice times will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm CST. We will run a minimum of 2 hours, but hope to be able to do 3. We will play flex games and on occasion also do reviews of our previous games. Each week will begin with goal setting, so every game will have something specific we are working on.

If the team sticks together and if desired, we can/will also track progress via stat keeping. Any help with this is appreciated, but not required.

Open Mind: Metas are created. While it is good to learn current meta and stick closely to it for optimal results, the game is ever changing, and new metas are created by those willing to occasionally buck the system. I want people on my team that not only want to grow and get better, but also to experiment and try different things, even if they are VERY new or seem strange.

Rank: Soloqueue rank must be at least Gold... NO exceptions. Flex rank is what we use to play together. Currently I am plat 4 solo, but I havent played much flex. Im at silver 1 atm, so your flex rank should also be around gold. Please do not apply if you would not even be able to queue up in a ranked flex game with the team.

Cool Headed: I want to be competitive, but I will not sacrifice integrity for "better" players. We all need to be able to take advice, admit mistakes, and not dwell on them. We will not harass eachother, or the opponents. We all have something to learn every game. Tilt proof.
