There's already enough cancerous shit to deal with in mid rn (namely Orianna Zed Azir Katarina Akali Annie Talon Jayce Zoe Yasuo) and seeing as how Yasuo is part of that list, I don't see any reason why we should buff him in any way.

Yasuo isn't in a good spot right now. Almost every one of them I play with or against end up feeding. I'd honestly rather not have games in which Yasuo is played determined by his death count.
