because riot focuses on people who say bad words and lets trolls, feeders, griefers, and afkers run free
Im pretty sure they just give them a time out before they can start a queue. Tbh i think alt accounts and smurfs are a majority of that problem. Thats my guess.
Seriously though. If people do bad in the first 15 minutes its a %50 chance they afk if the ff vote they put up fails.

I feed and suck ass at this game too but i know afking wont make the next game any better.
Currently, it's just unfair to assume everyone who "quits" or "disconnected" is doing it on purpose. The client just crashes at random times. I don't report AKF's anymore. In addition, the stupid bots are invading AI modes and normal modes. For the first time since the notorious patch I had 3 (three) human players on my team. Now, why would I be handed the "dodge queue" timer when my whole team are bots who turret dive from the get-go?
Just to show that this arbitrary timer is broken and needs to be looked into.
