new item for AD assassins

so i was thinking, since AD assassins are weaker now mostly due to the last whisper now being an adc item why not make a new item for them?

i was thinking something like a reverse lord dominik as in instead of giving bonus armor pen% it would give base armor pen% this way it would buff the assassins ability to murder squishies without giving them the ability to destroy tanks while also keeping the current last whisper an adc oriented pick. Adicionally zhonia mages or GA adc would still be able to resist

the stats could be like 40 ad and the cost well im not very good at that but maybe 2700 wouldnt be overboard

There are already armor pen options that are good against squishies! with Armor Pen runes, item 3142 and item 3156 you can get nearly 50 armor pen, enough to do true damage to some champs, and very close to it on others

lowest armor at level 18 is mini gnar with 65 so no even with that setup you would never do true damage, adicionally most champions either have armor runes or end up building some armor (even squishies). Also that setup was always possible, that's like saying: "oh they removed infinity edge but there are still other crit items!"

that also doesnt upset the fact that last whisper is now useless for assassination and that AD assassins are with a low win rate, the item i'm proposing would in essense do what last whisper used to do for about 400 gold more and withour penetrating bonus armor so it would be a more expensive and not so good version of old last whisper to help out ad assassins, also it would hardly be opressive

Why is last whisper an adc item now lel? If it wasnt basically useless, Im sure people would build it on most AD champs.

Also why would they not be able to destroy tanks? Total armor pen is still better than bonus armor pen against tanks.

why would a assassin pick a fight with a tank.

last whisper is now an adc item because its only use is tankbusting, which is basically the adc's thing.

I said BASE armor% kinda like the reverse of current last whisper, armor building would still be effective
