He is also broken in ARAM. Looks like some people in balance team mains .

For some reason are also buffed in URF and have almost no nerfs! These champions are picked/banned in almost every games along with and we can only ban 1 champion!

You ruined ARAM by overbuffing already balanced champions just because they required experience to play well. Now you made the same thing for URF.

Your balance is terrible. Don't touch ARAM or URF if you are going to make them more broken.

If you play URF expecting anything to be balanced, then you're already on the wrong path my friend.

no real good excuses to be honest. most of the urf % balancing changes are mind boggling. my guess is they were drawn arbitrarily and whoever was in charge of rolling them out favored champions they enjoy.
