The new rune system has way too much free lifesteal/spell vamp/sustain

Lifesteal/spell vamp/sustain is not an unhealthy part of the game but when you can get more than enough lifesteal from runes alone it becomes overbearing. The worst part is that they are all in different rune trees and can be stacked together to.
The game has become extremely dull with so many fights becoming a life drain wet noodle fight to see who can break though who's free sustain first. Fleet Footwork is probably the worst case of this because it can be stacked with Overheal/Triumph, Bloodline, Ravenous Hunter, and Taste of Blood giving endless amounts of free sustain.
