Can we please reconsider giving Soraka 100% mana refund on Q on hit?

I get that the ability to give mana to allies is something Soraka players would want back, but I feel like Soraka'll have to balance her own mana system around this new addition somehow, and I'd rather see something like "Soraka regenerates half mana from Alignment" than "all soraka's mana costs go up a significant amount
