him becoming OP was one of the reasons people didn't want him reworked(alongside possibly making him garbage) because Vel was the epitome of balance

That ult does disgusting damage, but it's going to be nerfed. No way is Riot dumb enough to let that slide. So it's either going to be nerfed while on PBE, or soon after it goes live after all the outcries

Where is everybody seeing all these changes for Vel'Koz, Veigar, Syndra etc? I don't see any of this on PBE or in the patch notes

It does ridiculous damage, on AP mid.

The 40% of Vel players going support have to deal with an ult that deals over a hundred less damage in lane unless you land your combo before ulting, in which case it's still about 20 less damage than before the rework.
