When are you going to adress the terrible itemization problem

Almost every class now is forced into an item build. You can't build what you want anymore and there is no counter item building. You don't have a choice anymore because items like ohmwrecker exist and they are so useless that nobody buys them. Witts end and crucible have like a less than 1% build rate.
