There are so many hardcore inting shitters in SoloQ but that doesn't matter. What is he doing to carry these feeding ass dumbshits in SoloQ?

Or as the Boards would think, Riot doesn't intentionally rig the matchmaking against him like it does to them.
He is playing a carry champ and gets fed pretty much every game.

Sometimes I'm really tempted to believe this. I once went through a bunch of games he played when he did this before. I was looking for games where his bot lane went like 0-12 or his mid laner kept dying every 30 seconds from 5 minutes. I wanted to see what he was doing. To my complete surprise, I never found single game in an entire 5 hour VOD where he had team mates like this. Yet I get them all the time.
Honestly I don't think it's the match maker though. I play primarily in Silver elo and when he is doing these unranked to rank 1 runs he barely spends anytime in Silver and Gold. In only a handful of games he hits Platinum elo where I'm guessing you rarely see hardcore inters like you'd see in Silver. So basically I have to pray that for the short time that he actually plays in Silver elo that he gets one of these teams so I can see what he would do.
It doesnt really matter in what elo you play u will always find players that int for some reason. yes in low elo u might see more people int but its more because there are alot of new players that just have no idea about this game.
well here is what he will do if he had bad players.
if his team is really doing to bad and the enemy team is still playing good together he will lose doesnt matter if he is mutli challenger/rank1 or not some games are just a loss even in low elo.
his botlane is feeding hard.
Pretty much kill the toplaner everytime he just walks up to cs and punish every mistake he makes he will be so far ahead that the enemy toplaner cant play toplane anymore not even under the tower and ganking will not help.
He will continue to push toplane until the inhib is down (force the enemy team to react or they will just lose) but also take the enemyjungle (+gold/exp) for free and look for tp's to get even more ahead. Because he is in a solo lane he will also be like 4~ levels ahead of everyone.
i would guess something like that it all depends on the situation.
He's a one trick pony at a time when his type of champion is really good. I feel like if Camille gets banned he either just dodges or loses. It seems more than likely he would dodge cause more than likely he would actually end up losing less lp for dodging (normally it's only like 1-10 based on how common of a thing it is for you) since losing a game not only eats up a lot of time but also is likely to make you lose like 15-20 lp.
