Man I haven't sucked this bad since I first started playing League

Last 20 games I'm not last hitting correctly I'm constantly getting caught out traded and I feel like I'm brand new to this game which is even more irritating because this is my second season in this game. Like I've had slumps trust me pretty bad ones but this is by far the worst slump I've ever had. Downright missing cs constantly not kiting as well as I wish. I play this game as my main source of entertainment and all I want is to play as good as I know I can play this game. I know that I can do well but why do I keep getting my ass whooped for. I used to be really good at last hitting and cs almost always out csing my opponents getting kills outplaying people and just kicking ass with all 8 of my champions but recently I haven't been. It's been one devastating lost after another and usually being my fault, missing my ult as ashe, getting so close but missing several opportunities for kills. Not hitting the minion when I know I should have. Maybe I'm just playing people that are more skill than me because it's a new account or something, I'm not sure but this truly is mind boggling for me at how bad I'm sucking right now.
