As expected, his last nerfs were literally nothing and didnt even move his pick and win rate.
I just want my ban slot back, i feel like i have to ban him every game or my bot lane goes 0-10 to him (and rightfully so, champ is unbeatable bot lane unless the player playing him has no arms).

Any champ with that high play should surely be around 48% winrate as they will statistically be going up against more skilled mains/one-tricks.

Ive been a diamond player since season 4, currently im in D1.
And thats the best stats to take, its higher elo than plat and if you take master + stats it gets funky because the sample size is too low, so diamond + stats are the best ones to use.

For average stats you take platinum, because platinum is where most average players drop into. You can’t take a small sample size and say “this is fact” hence why I used platinum+ you have players who are decent at the game.

uhh... no. Not even remotely true. Plat 4 is within the top 10% of players. Silver 3/4 is where most average players are. Champion statistics also actually matter more the higher elo you go, as player skill is more approximately even, and champion strength makes a bigger difference. You can stomp low elo with soraka top or crit ahri, because player skill matter significantly more in low elo than champion strength.

Not really. Lb is considered by most to be broken tier, and she is only at 48.8% and a 5% play rate in a role with many many more champions.
