When are we getting rid of phantom hits?

Is pretty much the second most disgusting item as far as effects go only behind the monster

When are we going to get rid of the stupid phantom hits passive already? We've removed every similar passive so far, and the shred passive + the AS steroid are more than strong enough on their own as is.

don't be silly, if we remove phantom hit from rageblade you would nerf vayne... riot won't ever allow that
