Question about Stoneborn Pact, the new Bond of Stone

Bond of Stone (Resolve Tier 6) Renamed to "Stoneborn Pact" due to effect rework testing this cycle.
[reworked- context] "Gain 5% total health. Your movement impairing effects brand enemy champions with an earthen rune for 4 seconds. Other allied champions who attack branded enemies heal for 5 + 2.5% of your maximum health over 2 seconds (halved if you are ranged)." Works on all CC effects, including slows, blinds, grounded, etc. ** There is no cooldown or limit.**

I wonder if this is going to be abused if it has no cooldown or limit or anything.. Isn't this going to be insanely OP on champions like volibear, sejuani, braum.. etc?

This would mean about 190HP healing per hit per 2 seconds if you have 5000 health, meaning nearly 100 HP per second. I can imagine this being strong for ADC, but what about sustain champions like warwick, olaf, darius?

why would it be OP on volibear? he has one single-target CC and one AOE that's on a fairly high cooldown

and it doesn't work on yourself, so you aren't getting any sustain out of it.

I just meant volibear because he benefits from stacking health.

Isn't 2.5% of 5,000 HP 125 hit points? Wouldn't that mean you heal 130 HP over 2 seconds?

The healing is probably not going to be that strong on ADCs. ADCs usually have 2,000 HP at end game, so we're looking at 55 HP over 2 seconds on an Auto.

I highly doubt that this will be a stacking buff, so if your AA's will just refresh the healing like Deathfire Touch.

Also, I'm not entirely sure from the post, but I figured I'd mention that you do not gain the healing benefit from your own CC. Only other allied champions get the healing.

Sorry I read 5 + 2.5% wrong I thought 7.5% but ofcourse it's more like (5) + 2.5% percent of max health. and yeah it's only on others.

but imagine how powerful this is on sejuani 5% total health, reminds me of the introduction of cinderhulk. The bonus health + sejuani's AoE slow, I think Freljord will rise again!

Well, to be fair, you only need to CC the one you want your teammates to be attacking.

I'd be more worried about Nunu , tbh. He hasn't got a better keystone to use, and this permaheal would be awesome on him.

It doesn't work on the champion that has the keystone himself, but only on others. Sejuani can easily get 5500 HP with just cinderhulk and warmogs and some random stuff, with this mastery he can go somewhere near 6000+

I know, but he could give his allies a perma heal.

I plan to use this on Leona. Passive for damage. Mastery for healing.

Another way this could be used is in conjunction with Rylai's Crystal Scepter to be contently applying slows on your abilities. I am not sure however what champions you would buy Rylai's for this purpose though/
