I haven't seen Riot fuck up this hard since patch 5.4 and everyone remembers the shitstorm that patch set off

Garen and skarner got completely screwed over under the pretense of gameplay improvement Riot promises improvements to tank itemization but every tank item gets trashed More true damage? Remember when true damage was supposed to be rare and unique?

It just looks to me like riot is screwing up game balanceright before worlds

Sack the balance team, fire Meddler. They clearly don't know what they are doing.

And once again the boards community shows they have no idea how to offer constructive criticism and instead would rather bitch all day than look into how the changes actually effect a champion in the long term.

Garen is completely fine.

garens true dmg only affect the current "villain" or else it is normal damage like it alwasy has been.

tank items needed nerf. it is way to easy to mass a ton of armor while mr is much harder to accumulate.

but yeah.....i honestly dont know wtf RIOT was up to with the change to skarner...
